There are options, but your operating system, office platform, Jira hosting, and level of admin privileges plus sensitivity to data privacy may affect which options apply. At work, we use Jira tasks and/or Confluence checklists for tracking work-related tasks. For whatever it make be worth, I use/love Todoist too - in my personal life.

(It's also possible they are new to the ecosystem and didn't consider this carefully enough, but I prefer to give them the benefit of the doubt. It's possible Todoist approached it that way but overestimated what percentage of Jira users would want the integration -at least for your instance anyway. So, it's incumbent upon the app vendors (I work for one) to take that into consideration when pricing their apps, recognizing that for many apps not every Jira use will use their app. And that means, among other things, the user license for the Jira app you offer has to match the underlying Jira license (user for user, data center for data center, and so on). In the end, it's easier for me to design a workaround for my most used task functions based on features, than to keep maintaining two unconnected task systems.Hi, Cash. As far as I understand it anyway, to be on the Atlassian Marketplace you have to play by Atlassian rules. Toodledo, on the other hand, has the best service out there - bar none ! - but it's a thing in itself, out there unconnected. It seems that Wunderlist is working on better Outlook integration (although their plugin is currently rather lame), and Todoist has a plugin as well (haven't tried it). To get the best use of TD I'd have to pay $30 or so a year for TD, and another $30 for three gSyncit licences. It doesn't integrate with Outlook, and all of the 3rd party solutions are too pricey for a tool that I would be paying out of my pocket to use on different devices.

There's simply no place in this workflow for Toodledo. All of my tasks sync to my work Outlook on two machines (via ) and my home Outlook, and also to my Android phone and iPad. In Onenote, I can take notes or brainstorm a project, and create Outlook tasks from lines of text with a single click. I use Onenote and Outlook, both for work and home. I have, for the second time, quit Toodledo despite liking it more than any other task manager out there.
